As a customer responsible salesperson at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients. 

• Prospect new customers
• Handle cold and warm calls to customers
• Identify staffing needs for new and existing customers
• Tailor solutions in staffing and recruitment for the customer, acting as an advisor to the customer's recruitment needs
• Conduct sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in person at the customer's location
• Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term

We are looking for someone who is eager to develop and has the drive to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You enjoy working with freedom under responsibility, and you take initiative for your own development! You take ownership of your work and are keen to motivate your surroundings to succeed together! 

• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B)

• Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
• B2B experience
